Return Policy

1) We at Orangeapes aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. In case you need to return a product, you must ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• The product should be in the same condition as it was delivered.

• Products that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be eligible for return.


2) Certain categories such as perishable goods, intimate wear, or customized items are non-returnable. Please check the product description for return eligibility before purchase.


3) Refunds for eligible returns will be processed once the product is inspected and approved by our quality team. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.


4) If the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will bear the shipping cost. Otherwise, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.


5) Abusing the return policy, such as returning products repeatedly after use, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to take action, including account suspension, against users found violating this policy.
